In this customer-facing role, you’ll lead front‑of‑house operations across our bar and food outlets, ensuring a warm, professional experience for our Armed Forces personnel. What you’ll do
  • Lead by example—ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, to a high standard, and with a positive team atmosphere.
  • Maintain excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards across all front‑of‑house areas.
  • Work closely with catering management and chefs to keep service running smoothly.
  • Promote strong health and safety practices—identifying and reporting any potential hazards.
  • Conduct regular safety walks to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Hold weekly team huddles to communicate updates, goals, and successes.
  • Support and guide your team through ongoing feedback, coaching, and encouragement.
What you bring
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally with catering or food service knowledge and some supervisory experience.
  • Hospitality background (bar, hotel, restaurant) is highly beneficial.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Confidence in leading, motivating, and supporting a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and respond well to change.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders.
