Front of House Service Managers within Stratstone play a critical role to ensure our customers receive an exceptional level of service from both front of house / workshop and everything in between. You will support in driving a collaborative culture amongst our colleagues.   • Experience of monitoring and maintaining daily business run rates to include retail & warranty hours, tyre sales, data plug activations, Service plans sales, All-in plan sales.
