We currently have an exciting opportunity for a production line manager to join our Packing / Frying Department in Thetford.

Working Hours and Pay

• Days: Working days.
• Shift patterns: 0500 - 1700 or 0600 - 1800.
• Pay rate: £16.81 per hour.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintaining Health and Safety standards
• Maintaining GMP/Audit readiness
• Responsible for and leading a team of people
• Meeting product/customer specifications
• Asset care – supporting equipment changeovers
• Competency training of key skills
• Working with Production Managers to implement operational improvements
• Conducting performance reviews/appraisals
• Coaching and mentoring the team to progress and deliver operational performance against agreed KPIs

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferable.
• Demonstrable knowledge of the tasks set out in the main responsibilities.
