Responsibilities
  • Diary management, travel coordination, and meeting itinerary planning.

  • Business development activities, including the preparation of pitches and presentations, and general office administration.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Personal Assistant experience or strong PA skills; knowledge of using Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong team player with a proactive attitude and excellent communication.
