A leading project management firm is seeking a skilled Project Manager for a £5M high-end leisure fit-out in Docklands, set to conclude around May 2026. This role will require adept management of a site team and collaboration with the Developer, ensuring quality and timeliness throughout the project. Ideal candidates should have experience with Tier one contractors and exhibit excellent communication skills.

Overview

Project Manager – £5M high end leisure fit out in Docklands. Working for a Developer, managing a project through to completion circa May 2026.

Responsibilities

• Project management of a £5M high end leisure fit out in Docklands, operating for a Developer and managing a project through to completion circa May 2026.
• Lending a team of a Site Manager, 2 x Supervisors and labourers, supported by a visiting H & S Manager, TSM and Quantity Surveyor, reporting into a Director.
• This is a client facing role, working closely with the Developer.
• Attending daily DABs meetings
• Producing short - medium term programmes
• Ensuring all documentation / sub contractors RAMS and documentation is in order.
• Managing stringent Quality Assurance process and uploading of all relevant documentation is done on ASITE.
• Project consists of a gymnasium, cinema, Changing facilities, flexible working area and other communal areas.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will have experience working for Tier one contractors and high end hotels.
• Possess excellent communication skills, ability to be diplomatic and strong on quality.
