Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within groundworks and RC frames.
• Strong knowledge of foundations, drainage, formwork, and concrete structures.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations for groundworks and RC frame packages.
• Coordinating subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials.
• Ensuring works are delivered to programme and budget.
• Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
• Reporting progress and resolving on-site issues efficiently.
