A leading assessment organization in the UK is seeking a freelance End Point Assessor with significant experience as a Construction Plant Operative. The role entails conducting assessments according to the End Point Assessment plan, ensuring they meet quality standards. Candidates should hold or be working towards an Assessor Qualification, possess operational experience with various machinery, and have a valid CSCS Card. The position requires professionalism and adherence to data protection practices.

Qualifications

• Hold or working towards Assessor Qualification (I.E CAVA/A1)
• Operational experience with Forklift (1 year), Ride-on Roller (1 year), Excavator 360 (2 years), Dumper or Dump Truck (1 year)
• Valid CSCS Card

Responsibilities

• Ensure End Point Assessments are carried out independently.
• Complete assessments as per the Assessment Plan.
• Upload assessment reports in a timely manner.
• Prepare for assessments & identify gaps in KSBs.
• Build rapport with apprentices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge.
• Represent NOCN professionally during assessments.
• Adhere to GDPR practices.
• Moderate other assessors' work.
