Compensation & Logistics

• Base rate (per hour, depending on location):
  • US: $16.07
  • GB: £13.30 GBP
  • CA: $20.50 CAD
  • AU: $26.25 AUD
  • IE: €14.60 EUR
  • NZ: $26.00 NZD
• Bonuses: Additional pay available based on project performance.
• Type: Freelance/1099 contract (not an internship).
• Location: 100% remote.
• Schedule: Flexible hours – you choose when and how much to work.
• Payouts: Weekly via our secure platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex, professional‑level prompts and evaluate nuanced AI reasoning.
• Write clear, concise, and engaging explanations of decisions or critiques of model responses.
• Assess technical aspects of model outputs, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Iterate on prompts and models to improve overall system performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytical problem‑solving and critical evaluation.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to engage and clarify complex concepts.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Nice to have: background in literature, creative writing, history, philosophy, theology, or related fields; prior editorial or content‑strategy experience.
• Interest or background in AI, machine learning, or creative tech tools.
