Job summary

A leading international service provider in the energy sector is seeking a Marine Control Room Operator for a 6-month fixed term contract. In this role, you will ensure the safe execution of marine activities and maintain the stability of the Floating Storage Unit (FSU). Key requirements include a Merchant Navy OOW certificate, good leadership skills, and previous offshore experience if possible. This position supports a hybrid work approach, requiring office attendance three days a week.

Qualifications

• Merchant Navy OOW certificate with tanker experience and dangerous cargo endorsement is required.
• Previous offshore FPSO/FSU experience is desirable but not essential.
• Familiarity with modern control room systems is important.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for safe execution of marine activities as part of the marine operations team.
• Control Room Operations including cargo loading and discharge.
• Maintain stability of FSU and respond to stability anomalies.
• Conduct first line maintenance on marine systems.
