Job summary

FP&A Manager - Interim to Perm - ASAP Start

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + 20% bonus

Hybrid working: 3 days office / 2 days remote

We are partnering with a high-growth real estate platform to hire an FP&A Manager into a newly restructured finance team. This is a platform-level role with strong exposure to senior leadership and an opportunity to play a key role in improving financial insight, modeling capability and exit readiness.

This position would suit a highly analytical FP&A professional who enjoys working with complex data, building robust models and driving accuracy across forecasts and reporting.

The Role:
  • Own financial planning, budgeting and forecasting across the business
  • Build and maintain detailed financial and cash flow models
  • Produce monthly management information, including variance analysis and performance insight
  • Deliver scenario and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Partner with investment and portfolio teams to provide quantitative support
  • Improve FP&A processes, controls and data quality, reducing manual errors
  • Support exit preparation through high‑quality, investor‑grade analytics and reporting
The Candidate:
  • ACA/CPA/CA Qualified with minimum 3 Years PQE
  • Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance or analytical finance
  • Strong financial modeling skills (advanced Excel essential)
  • Highly quantitative and detail‑oriented approach
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
  • Experience within real estate, infrastructure or asset‑heavy environments is beneficial but not essential
