We’re looking for a proactive Data Analyst to join our dynamic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Team where you will be able to grow your career as a finance expert. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with our FP&A Managers to ensure the accuracy of the data taken from our systems like TM1, while contributing to month-end reporting, budgeting, and critical analysis to support our Finance Business Partners (FBPs).
In this role, you will be working with FP&A Managers, as well as other stakeholders across the business, to analyse, interpret and present data.
To be right for this role, you will have an excellent grasp of numbers and data, with the ability to learn new skills and build relationships with various stakeholders in the business.
This role will be full time Monday to Friday with a hybrid approach to working between our Durrington (Worthing) office and home. The team 'anchor day' is a Tuesday, with the second day preferable being a Monday, however that is open for discussion. We are offering a salary of £35,000 per annum depending on skills and experience as well as other benefits including:
