A leading digital insurance firm is looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to establish a delivery governance model and enhance a product-led culture. In this senior role, you will partner with Product Leads and support a growing team of Delivery Managers. Ideal candidates have significant experience in delivery management within complex corporate environments and are comfortable as founding team members focused on influencing culture and governance. This position is hybrid and based in London.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Delivery Lead or similar roles in corporate environments.
• Proven ability to embed delivery governance while preserving agility.
• Strong people leadership experience in coaching and management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and embed a portfolio-level delivery governance model.
• Partner with Product Leads to translate OKRs into delivery plans.
• Own and produce quarterly governance packs for stakeholders.
