Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance forklift to move items including crates and pallets.
• Clean trailers for next collection of raw product.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks following procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment with yard duties.
• Ensure compliant movement of vehicles around the yard and report safety issues.
• Assist in unloading vehicles when needed.
• Meet the business standards in each area.
• Ensure food safety is not compromised.

Skills

Multi-skilled individual with experience in a similar environment

Effective communication skills

Self motivated with a proactive approach

Ability to carry out a physically demanding role

Education

Qualification consummate to the safe movement of articulated vehicles on site with the company tug
