Job summary

A regional construction firm is seeking a qualified Forklift Operator for a long-term project in Aylesbury. The ideal candidate will possess a valid CPCS or NPORS certification and demonstrate physical capability for manual tasks. Full-time contract may be offered for suitable applicants, with hours from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Own transport is helpful but not necessary as public transport is available.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS / NPORS card is required.
• Ability to perform physical manual labor is necessary.
• Must have a hard-hat, work boots, and a Hi-Viz vest.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift for construction projects in Aylesbury.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure site safety.
• Assistance with manual labor when not in the forklift.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

CPCS / NPORS Forklift Operator required for a highly regarded regional builder. ITS Building people are looking for an experienced and hardworking Forklift Operator to assist our client with a project based in Aylesbury. Own transport would be beneficial but public transport is available near this project.

This Forklift contract will be ongoing, with hours being 7:45 - 4:30, Monday-Friday with the possibility of Saturdays if required.

Full time contract may be provided for the right candidates.

Requirements for the role

• A valid CPCS / NPORS card
• The ability to perform physical manual labour when jumping out the cab as there's no lifts to do
• You will need to have a hard-hat, work boots and a Hi-Viz vest as standard.
