Job description

Are you an experienced forklift driver who is frustrated with having your shifts cancelled or not having set hours? If so, I have an opportunity for you.

I am seeking experienced forklift drivers with valid counterbalance licences who have a proven track record of safe and efficient operation. The successful candidate will join my new client's team on the outskirts of Lincoln (a short drive from Lincoln city centre) during their peak season. You will be handling a variety of goods, including pallets and sacks, and assisting with lorry loading and unloading. Given the nature of the products, attention to detail and careful handling are essential for this role.

The hourly pay rate will depend on your experience and will range from £13 to £14. Your working hours may be slightly longer than usual; however, you will receive an overtime pay rate from £19.50 to £21.00 hour after a 40-hour work week.
