A leading staffing agency in the UK is seeking a Forklift Driver / Assembler for a role in Eastleigh. You will safely operate forklifts, carry out assembly tasks, and assist with general warehouse operations in a supportive team environment. Forklift Driver / Assembler

Location: Southampton, SO14
Type: Temporary (with potential to go permanent)
Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00‑17:00 | Friday 08:00‑16:00
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour | 39 hours per week


Join a well‑established company in Southampton Central as a Forklift Driver / Assembler, where you'll play a key role in supporting smooth, safe, and efficient warehouse operations. What you’ll be doing


  • Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods within the facility.

  • Assembly work and general warehouse tasks, including some manual and occasional heavy lifting.

  • Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.

  • Work closely with team members to maintain smooth daily operations.

  • Help with order fulfilment and ensure goods are delivered correctly and on time.

  • Keep accurate stock records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic data entry.
