Counterbalance Forklift Driver - Immediate Start - Hereford

Pay: GBP13.17ph + GBP290 monthly shift allowance (GBP14.87 per hour including allowance) + Overtime + Excellent Benefits

Working Monday to Friday, with 3 rotating shifts

Our client, a world-leading manufacturer in Hereford, is looking for Counterbalance Forklift Drivers with a valid external licence (dated within the last 3 years). This is an excellent opportunity for long-term temporary work with high earning potential, full training, and genuine career progression. Full-time contracts are available for the right candidate following a successful 12-week temporary period.

The Job:

1. Safely operate a counterbalance forklift truck to move stock and materials
2. Support production with loading/unloading tasks
3. Carry out checks to ensure safe use of equipment
4. Assist with machine operations, quality checks, and general production tasks
5. Work effectively as part of a supportive, safety-first team

What You Need:

1. Valid external Counterbalance licence (RTITB/ITSSAR accredited, dated within last 3 years) - essential
2. Previous forklift or warehouse/production experience
3. Good English & numeracy skills
4. Reliability, adaptability, and attention to detail
5. Willingness to work rotating shifts
6. Ability to pass drug & alcohol testing

Shifts (weekly rotation):

1. Monday to Friday
2. Days: 06:00-14:00
3. Afternoons: 14:00-22:00
4. Nights: 22:00-06:00
