Job Title: FLT Counterbalance Driver | Bedford (MK41)

Salary: £12.44 - £13.62 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (12-week probation, potential to go permanent)

Shift: 06:00–18:00 OR 18:00–06:00 | 4 ON / 4 OFF

Location: Bedford, MK41

What you’ll do:

• Operate FLT Counterbalance trucks safely and efficiently
• Load/unload deliveries and transport goods around the warehouse
• Complete routine equipment checks
• Support general warehouse operations and housekeeping
• Ensure documentation and processes are followed accurately

What you’ll need:

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
• Understanding of health & safety and forklift safety procedures
• Good level of physical fitness and attention to detail
• Ability to attend an on-site assessment day (theory + practical)
