Forklift Driver
£14.20 per hour (up to £26 per hour overtime available)
Andover
Monday Friday 06:00 - 14:00 then switching to 14:00 - 22:00 each week

My well-established and market leading client is seeking motivated individuals to join their expanding team as a Forklift driver. There are multiple positions available across the factory including operating different sections of the production line, operating various machinery.

Main duties & responsibilities will include:
  • Operating a Counterbalance forklift and unloading and loading lorries
  • Operating manufacturing machinery that includes manual handling and heavy lifting.
  • Ensuring that the products meet high-quality standards.
  • Working in a small team and striving to hit daily KPI targets
  • Adhering to health & safety in the workplace
The ideal candidate will demonstrate
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehousing and production background
  • Experience of die cutting, flexographic printing, gluing and stitching processes would be extremely advantageous
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to follow instructions and procedures in an accurate and timely manner
