Foreman - Airside Project (Heathrow Airport)

McGinley Support Services is urgently seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to join the Heathrow Airside project. This is a long-term opportunity with excellent pay and the chance to work on one of the UK's most high-profile infrastructure sites.

Job Details

• Start Date: ASAP (urgent requirement due to Airside pass process)
• Duration: Long-term ongoing role
• Location: Heathrow Airport (Airside)
• Hours: To be confirmed

Pay Rates (PAYE Direct)

• Days: £28.16 per hour
• Nights: £35.20 per hour (1.25 uplift)
• Overtime: Time and a half after 39 hours

Requirements for Foreman role

• Gold CSCS Card (essential)
• SSSTS certification (essential)
• Minimum 5 years' continuous work history (required for Airside pass)
• Preferably candidates who have worked with us continuously for 5 years OR through CIS/Limited Company for the past 5 years
• Proven experience supervising teams on live construction projects
