Qualifications

• Understanding of BRC audit procedures is preferable.

• Internal Auditing experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain all finished product specifications.
• Maintain and check all raw material specifications.
• Complete and maintain customer specific technical specifications.
• Maintain and check new product labels.
• Ensure HACCP documentation is correctly completed and filed.
• Responsible for customer complaint handling.
• Responsible for Internal Auditing.
• Member of the HACCP team.
• Conduct regular traceability tests.
