Qualifications

• Experience within food manufacturing technical or quality role is essential.
• Strong understanding of food safety systems including HACCP, GMP and BRC.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, factory-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Technical Lead and wider Technical team in maintaining food safety.
• Supervise technical activities on the factory floor daily.
• Ensure compliance with BRCGS standards and internal quality systems.

Skills

Understanding of food safety systems including HACCP, GMP and BRC

Experience in food manufacturing technical or quality role

Confident communicator

Organised and detail-focused

Education

Formal qualification in Food Science, Food Technology or related discipline
