Food Services Manager

We are recruiting a confident and organized Food Services Manager to lead a dedicated, high-quality workplace hospitality operation. This is a hands‑on role within a professional environment, ideal for a manager who enjoys autonomy, close client interaction and maintaining high standards across a streamlined site.

As a Food Services Manager, you will be fully accountable for the day-to‑day performance of the operation. You will lead a close‑knit front‑ and back‑of‑house team, working closely with your culinary lead to deliver a consistent, welcoming service and an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the daily operation of the site and service standards
• Leading, supporting and engaging an on‑site team
• Delivering hospitality, events and customer‑facing activities
• Supporting service periods and operational setup when required
• Managing menu communication and allergen compliance

You will also take ownership of the commercial and administrative aspects of the role. A strong focus on organization, planning and attention to detail will be essential to success.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing costs, labour and budgets in line with business expectations
• Maintaining accurate financial and system records
• Coordinating hospitality requests and service delivery
• Preparing regular client updates and reviews
• Building positive, professional relationships with key stakeholders
