As a key member of the team, you’ll help maintain exceptional operational standards, minimise risk, and foster a strong, proactive culture of compliance across our catering and operations functions.

What will you be doing?

You will lead food safety, risk management, and operational safety across all catering environments, maintaining risk registers, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with HACCP, allergen management, and health & safety standards. You will oversee SOP and policy development, support audit readiness, and monitor supplier and subcontractor compliance.

The role also includes designing and delivering training programmes covering food safety, HACCP, allergen awareness, Safe Systems of Work, and operational safety, ensuring all staff remain fully trained and compliant. You’ll track certification and training records and adapt training for diverse operational teams.

You will drive continuous improvement, review operational processes, lead investigations into incidents and near‑misses, and provide regular compliance, training, and risk reporting to senior leadership while supporting a strong culture of safety and accountability.
