Responsibilities
  • Support the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing all F&B outlets across the hotel.
  • Lead, motivate and develop the front of house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Be hands-on across restaurant service, afternoon teas, and functions.
  • Ensure smooth running of daily operations, maintaining high standards of service and presentation.
  • Assist in training, rota management, and implementing service standards.
