Location

Located in the picturesque village of Amberley in the beautiful West Sussex countryside, Amberley Castle is a unique luxury hotel steeped in over 900 years of history. With 4 AA red stars, 3 AA rosettes, and a member of Relais & Châteaux, Amberley Castle gives our team the chance to work in a castle with quality and style. The hotel may also offer off‑site staff accommodation in our two staff houses within walking distance to the hotel, to help our newest members relocate and settle into life at the hotel and local area in comfort.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant you will work closely with both the front of house and back of house team, to ensure our guests not only have a wonderful time, but also make memories to last a lifetime.

We welcome applications from candidates with no experience, as this role is all about personality and attitude – we can teach you the rest.

  • The role is a full time position with a 40‑hour contract, £12.21 per hour with approximately £400 / £500 service which is added to your salary at the end of the month.
