About the Role

In our clean factory with excellent heat and dust extraction, our FMCG production lines supply hygiene paper products to major customers and brands.

We're running state of the art machinery ready for you to hit the ground running!

Job Opportunity
Your day to day

You’ll maximise the quality of our products by effectively operating our paper converting machines, performing regular quality checks, and making adjustments as required.

Periodically, you’ll organise recyclable material into bales which will be delivered to our recycling Mills.

You will need to conduct pre-use lifting and equipment guarding checks to ensure your safety.

We are passionate about continuous improvement, and it is crucial that our colleagues seek out opportunities for cost savings where possible, sharing any great ideas you have.

The shift pattern (4 on 4 off)

4 days, 4 off, 4 nights, and then 4 off (continuous)

Essential Skills
What we need from you

Technical and proactive approach, enabling you to set our machines correctly and carry out basic fault finding and PPMs to reduce downtime.

Experience in a fast-paced FMCG production environment (e.g. Foods, Packaging, Pharmaceuticals, or ideally tissue / paper converting).

Critical thinking with an inquisitive approach, with the confidence to challenge.
