We’re recruiting an experienced FM Coordinator to join a busy facilities management team. This role focuses on the day to day coordination of hard FM contracts, ensuring planned and reactive works are delivered efficiently across multiple sites. This is a coordination and contract support role rather than a hands‑on technical position.
Monday to Friday
8am–4pm or 9am–5pm
£30,000 – £33,000 per annum
This role would suit someone currently working in FM coordination or helpdesk who’s ready to take on more responsibility in a contract‑focused role.
