Job Details

Location: Runcorn WA7 3BE
Salary: £14.65 p/h plus £250 attendance bonus each quarter to qualifying staff. (O/T £18.20 per hour after 182 hours worked within each calendar month)
Hours of Work: Any 4-5 shifts out of 7. This role will include working weekends and a mixture of days and nights. Shift hours are 07:00 to 19:00 / 19:00 to 07:00.
Job Type: Temp ongoing with the potential to go perm.

Job Duties

• Accurate, safe, and timely loading and unloading of goods in line with company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Work on a production line unloading pallets of stock and labelling them.
• Handballing products and placing goods in the designated areas whilst ensuring accuracy.
• Checking the goods delivery against the delivery paperwork.
• General housekeeping duties.

Essential Requirements

• FLT Counterbalance certificate (RTITB/ITSAAR or Inhouse).
• At least 2‑year experience driving an FLT Counterbalance truck and ideally a PPT or LLOP truck.
• Desirable to have used clamp attachments.
• Previous experience in the Logistics or Manufacturing industry.
• Good verbal and written English skills.
• Flexible to working days, nights, and weekends as part of a weekly rota.
• Attention to detail.
• A "Can Do" attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively within the organisation both informally and formally through appropriate channels.
