Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing a team in a warehouse environment; FMCG experience is advantageous.
  • Strong IT literacy including WMS such as Blue Yonder and Matflow.
  • Ideally experience within an automated warehouse environment.

Pay Rate: £29, 458.00 + 15% night shift premium
Grade: RCS N
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 4 on 4 off, night shift 18:30 - 06:30
Location: Derby - DE74 2BB

We're now looking for a Flow First Line Manager to lead and develop a team of Flow Controllers, ensuring efficient automation, smooth work allocation, and high operational performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Lead and manage a team of Flow Controllers, Transport Admin and Shunters, overseeing automation of the warehouse and efficient allocation of work
  • Delegate tasks effectively to maintain operational flow and productivity
  • Monitor team performance and uphold health & safety standards across all activities
  • Report and communicate KPIs, driving continuous improvement and accountability
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
  • Proven experience managing a team in a warehouse environment; FMCG experience is advantageous
  • Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Blue Yonder and Matflow
  • Ideally will have experience within an automated warehouse environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence effectively
