What you’ll be doing

• Leading from the front, setting the tone for service and motivating your team.
• Overseeing daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service flow between the kitchen and front-of-house.
• Coaching team members to deliver warm, attentive, and consistent guest experiences.
• Managing team positioning, floor cleanliness, and ambience throughout service.
• Handling guest issues with confidence, turning challenges into positive outcomes.
• Supporting with training, onboarding, and developing new team members.
• Upholding health & safety, allergen, and food hygiene standards.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in hospitality or retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a hands‑on, people‑first approach.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving ability.
• Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure.
