As a Floor Manager you will lead and coordinate all restaurant operations ensuring smooth efficient and professional service through close communication with the team kitchen and guests.

Your expertise in food wine selection pairing and service will elevate the dining experience and uphold our reputation for excellence. Youll maintain strong knowledge of our evolving offerings and support operations across Wild Honey and Bistrot at Wild Honey. You may also support operations across St. James Bar and the Terrace demonstrating flexibility and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations and ensure exceptional guest service.
  • Deliver expert food and wine recommendations.
  • Manage stock levels control costs and maximise revenue.
  • Train and develop team members with a focus on service excellence.
  • Attend F&B meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.

  • Maintain accurate reports records and communication logs.
