A renowned hotel and restaurant group in Cirencester seeks a passionate Floor Manager to lead daily operations and foster a vibrant team environment. The candidate should possess excellent communication and people management skills, along with previous experience in a similar role. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences by supervising restaurant staff and maintaining a culture focused on family and community. Salary : OTE £14.57 per hour, including tronc.

This is an opportunity for a Floor Manager to work alongside our Restaurant Manager in delivering the exceptional operation of one of the most exciting and award-winning hotel and restaurant groups in the UK.
As Floor Manager you will create an exciting work atmosphere with a culture focused on family, fun and community. You will be responsible for ‘Bringing it together’ for helping to lead and drive the daily operations within the restaurant. Our Restaurant Supervisor will support the Restaurant Manager by supervising the performance of the team and ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
Good communication and people management skills are a must, along with the confidence and ease of working in an attention to detail environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and exposure to a busy restaurant service.
