• Qualified solicitor from NQ up to circa 3 years’ PQE.
• Strong interest in commercial, corporate and/or employment law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Advise on legal and commercial risk.
• Support new business activity with legal input.
