A leading snack manufacturer in England is seeking a Flexi Process Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will work 12-hour shifts, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining quality standards across production lines. Responsibilities include driving performance improvements, championing safety, and effective communication across shifts. You’ll work 12-hour shifts on a rotating pattern of 2 nights, 3 off, 2 days, 2 off, 2 nights, 3 off, 2 days, 2 off, 3 nights, 2 off, 3 days, followed by 9 days off.

As a Flexi Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production lines running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work across different areas of the site, supporting operations and ensuring our snacks meet the highest quality standards. This is a varied role where flexibility and teamwork are essential. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values safety, quality and continuous improvement.
