This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience in fleet, logistics, or call centre environments, looking to work in a fast-paced, operational setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide telephone support to customers regarding fleet availability and incidents
  • Manage breakdowns, defects, and service status updates
  • Coordinate SLA recovery plans and elevate safety or operational risks when required
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors on repairs and vehicle status
  • Raise jobs, service requests, and purchase orders using SAP
  • Maintain accurate records of fleet activity and service costs
About You
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience
  • Understanding of fleet, vehicle maintenance, or logistics operations
  • Experience using SAP or similar systems
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Confident working within a 24/7 shift environment

Shift Pattern

Rotating day and night shifts across a four-week cycle:

  • Days: 05:30–17:30 or 06:00–18:00
  • Nights: 17:30–05:30 or 18:00–06:00
  • 4 on then 4 off
