Salary: £32,000 per annum
Location: Croydon Head Office, Wrencote House, 123 High Street CR0 0XJ
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am-6pm with 1-hour unpaid break

Company: Caridon Property is a leading provider of social housing, focused on delivering homes to people in real need and improving the housing sector.
Purpose: The CAPEX and Fleet Manager is responsible for managing the capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects and the fleet operations within the group. This role ensures CAPEX projects are completed on time and within budget, and that the fleet is managed effectively to support operational needs with minimal disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- CAPEX Management: Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of CAPEX projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure successful delivery of CAPEX projects from inception through to handover.
- Fleet Management: Manage the organisation's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, serviced, and utilised efficiently.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage budgets related to CAPEX projects and fleet operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions and value for money.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on KPIs related to CAPEX project delivery and fleet performance.
- Compliance: Ensure all CAPEX projects and fleet operations comply with regulatory and organisational standards.
- Contractor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with approved suppliers to ensure best terms and quality of service.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of CAPEX and fleet management processes.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with CAPEX projects and fleet operations.
- Manage CDM process: Ensure compliance and completion of CDM requirements across projects where needed.
- Fleet Checks: Ensure group-wide compliance across fleet checks and that risk is minimised to the company.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using project management software and fleet management systems.
