A leading infrastructure delivery partner is seeking a Fitter (HGV Field Service Engineer) for their Camberley depot. This permanent, full-time role involves maintaining hydraulic systems and providing on-site repairs. Candidates should have a strong background in commercial HGV servicing along with required driving licenses and industry qualifications. Position: Fitter (also known as a HGV Field Service Engineer)
Location: Based out of the Camberley depot (Camberley, Surrey) but travelling across all of the Waste Network Services catchment
Job Type: Permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 Hours
Salary: £55,000 per annum (made up of basic pay, overtime, on call allowance and bonuses)

You will be responsible for a wide variety vehicle related maintenance including but not limited to:
The ideal candidate will be hard working and respectful and comply with health and safety standards. Having a strong background in commercial HGV vehicle servicing is essential. You will need to have a Class B Driving Licence and fully recognised industry qualifications (City & Guilds or Industry Equivalent). Class C+E / HGV Class 2 Drivers Licence are essential. IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications would be useful. Previous water industry experience is preferred and hydraulics experience is desirable.
