Fitch Learning is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager, based in our London office located at 55 Mark Lane, for an Associate Director‑level position overseeing client relationships across Europe. In this role, you will drive engagement, retention, and growth through strategic account management and the collaborative delivery of tailored learning solutions.
The purpose of this role is to manage an existing, defined portfolio of strategic client accounts across Europe and grow these through developing strong relationships with client contacts across the organization. You will work with your clients to understand their needs and, working with our subject‑matter experts, to design solutions to address these needs. In doing so, you will achieve or exceed an agreed revenue target. In addition, you will seek out new business opportunities with new logo clients across Europe.
