Salary: £70,000

A Fit-out Construction Manager is required for a main contractor in West London. The project is a major multi‑billion pound project working on a mixed‑use scheme.

The purpose of this role is to oversee the fit‑out of a major mixed‑use scheme, to ensure it is completed on time and within the budget that has been set.

Responsibilities

Oversee the fit-out of a major mixed‑use scheme to ensure timely and on‑budget delivery.

Ideal Candidate

• You must be degree qualified or have a similar construction degree.
• You must have worked on major schemes in commercial offices, residential, or mixed use schemes.
• You must have a strong background in fit‑out.
• Interiors background is desirable.
• You will need experience in managing subcontractors.
• Health and safety certificate.
• CSCS card.
