Fit Out Carpenter / Interior Carpenter – Precision Manufacturing

The Role

We are recruiting Fit Out Carpenters / Interior Carpenters to support the installation of high-quality, bespoke interior components within a precision-led manufacturing environment.

This role suits tradespeople who care about finish, detail and craftsmanship, and who enjoy working on complex interior installations rather than rough site work.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and fit-out of bespoke interior and joinery components
• Precision fitting to drawings and specifications
• Working with hardwoods, veneers, laminates and engineered boards
• Maintaining high standards of finish and detailing
• Working to defined quality, safety and production standards
• Keeping work areas clean, organised and professional

About You

• Level 2 or higher Carpentry or Joinery qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, apprenticeship)
• Proven experience in high-quality interior fit-out or joinery

Backgrounds welcomed from:

• Bespoke joinery or cabinet making
• High-end residential or commercial interiors
• Transport, aviation or rail interiors
• Marine or complex interior environments
• Exhibition or luxury retail fit-out

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Direct sector experience is less important than quality, precision and finish.
