Pay Rate: £31,480.00 (plus £3,015.00 per year with the shift premium) Grade: N Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Four On, Four Off, rotational shift pattern days and nights‑ 6am until 6pm and then 6pm until 6am Location: DHL Wetherspoons, Daventry, NN11 8NF

  • Develop and implement transport strategies that enhance efficiency and drive success.
  • Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace.
  • Develop, engage and inspire your team, creating an environment where every colleague can do their best.
What you'll bring?
  • Can lead from the front, winning hearts and minds and providing coaching and mentorship.
  • Have excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Previous people management experience.
  • Previous transport experience is ideal but not essential.
