Qualifications

• Experience assisting with technical and contractual queries.
• Ability to provide project delivery strategies and complete fee proposals.
• Knowledge of regulations including Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Technical & Operations Director with team support.
• Support client estate management with contractual requirements.
• Ensure project delivery strategies are in place.

Skills

Member Grade of the Institution of Fire Engineers (MIFireE) or equivalent

Excellent knowledge of fire safety sector regulations

Detailed knowledge of British Standards relating to Fire Safety

Education

Diploma level 4 in fire safety

Certified Fire Risk Assessor qualification
