As an Apprentice Fire Safety Advisor, you will be instrumental in supporting the NWAS Fire Safety Manager in ensuring compliance with fire safety legislation across our diverse estate, including ambulance stations, offices, and fleet workshops. You'll assist in managing risk and promoting a strong safety culture that protects our staff, patients, and vital assets.
We are looking for a solution creator, someone who can identify potential issues and actively propose and implement effective, practical solutions, rather than just spotting problems.
As an apprentice, you will receive 60% of the pay band maximum for the qualified rate for the first 12 months. This will increase by 5% each year as explained in Agenda for Change terms and conditions.
