What You'll Be Doing

• Fire safety upgrade works: replacing or upgrading fire doors, frames, and door sets
• Installation of timber structures and fixtures
• General building repairs, maintenance, and refurbishments
• Working on both occupied and void properties
• Dismantling and reassembling temporary structures
• Ensuring all works meet fire compliance and building regulations

What You'll Need

• Proven carpentry experience, including fire door fitting and maintenance
• NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in Carpentry & Joinery (minimum)
• Awareness of fire safety standards and regulations
• Your own van and tools
• Full clean UK driving licence
• Physically fit and confident with heavy lifting
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
