Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Technician/Engineer.
• BS 5839-1 Level 3 qualification (minimum).
• Strong working knowledge of fire alarm systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, test, and maintain fire detection systems.
• Diagnose and repair system faults effectively.
• Carry out routine inspections and compliance checks.

Skills

Experience as a Fire Alarm Technician/Engineer

Knowledge of systems from Advanced, Kentec, Gent, Hochiki, Apollo

Understanding of UK fire safety regulations

Competent in the use of test equipment

Self-motivated and customer-focused

Education

BS 5839-1 Level 3 qualification

FIA, BAFE, or equivalent certifications
