The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Production Assistant & Stock Controller to support the smooth operation of our production, stock, and logistics functions. This role is essential in maintaining the flow of inventory, ensuring accuracy across systems, and supporting our wider team with production, repairs, shipments, and press requests.

The Ideal Candidate

You will have obsessive attention to detail, be highly organised, clear headed with an ability to think clearly and critically under pressure.You will have experience in fine jewellery or within the luxury sector and have an understanding of the industry as a whole and the jewellery manufacturing pipeline.Ideally you will have worked in a similar role with a focus on stock management.You must be proficient in excel and both Microsoft Office suite and Mac OS.You must also have prior experience with Shopify and Cin7.Photoshop is an advantage. You will thrive in a busy fast paced environment and be a team player, happy to be called in to all departments to offer help and counsel.

Your role will include but not be limited to the following :

Stock Management
  • Using Cin7 ensure all stock locations, pricing and product movement is up to date and accurately logged
  • Monthly stock take
  • Oversee stock across all locations ensuring items are stored appropriately an dlogged in the correct Cin7 locations
  • Management of logistics around stock cataloguing - photography and video.Organising cut out imagery based on company guidelines, receiving, resizing and filing
  • General stock management
Production
  • Product PO tracker management, communicating order status to relevant teams
  • Reporting of stock levels to wider business
  • Internal coordination of product movement - repairs, plating, engraving, bespoke
  • Logistics and administrative tasks around new product development and launches
  • Quality control
Logistics
  • Booking, organising & arranging shipping and couriers both nationally and internationally (DHL, Fedex, Malca Amit)
  • Picking and packing B2B and D2C orders
  • Carnet submission, management and packing
  • Manage and reporting on stock levels of packaging
  • Co-ordination of submissions to Assay office
Package
  • 3 month probation period with 1 months notice
  • Salary £29k+ per annum
  • 25 days paid holiday plus Bank Holidays
