Join a specialist fine art shipping business and take responsibility for coordinating the movement of high‑value artworks and design pieces. This role focuses on shipping, logistics, and delivery rather than interior design, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth end‑to‑end execution.

What you’ll do:
  • Coordinate fine art shipments, deliveries and installations
  • Manage import and export movements from planning to completion
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
  • Liaise with warehouse, transport and packing teams
  • Maintain accurate shipping paperwork and schedules
  • Support planning and problem‑solving across projects
What you need:
  • Experience in fine art shipping, logistics or transport
  • Import/export or airfreight knowledge preferred
  • Strong client‑facing and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Driving licence beneficial but not essential
