This role focuses on shipping, logistics, and delivery rather than interior design, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth end‑to‑end execution.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate fine art shipments, deliveries and installations
• Manage import and export movements from planning to completion
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
• Liaise with warehouse, transport and packing teams
• Maintain accurate shipping paperwork and schedules
• Support planning and problem‑solving across projects

What you need:

• Experience in fine art shipping, logistics or transport
• Import/export or airfreight knowledge preferred
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Driving licence beneficial but not essential
