Financial Services Skills Coach Associate

Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Financial Services Skills Coach.

Working within our Apprenticeship Programmes you will enjoy the prospect of coaching, mentoring & assessing groups of learners towards the achievement of their Apprenticeship Investment Operations and Financial Services Professional Programmes at Levels 3, 4 and 6.

  • A passion for supporting apprentices to develop and progress in their careers
  • You will engage and support learners to develop their learning and achieve the relevant Standard criteria throughout their apprenticeship qualification
What You Need to Have:
  • Significant apprenticeship skills coach experience
  • Ability to assess evidence against qualification criteria
  • The ability to provide inspiring coaching sessions to apprentices
  • Ability to provide feedback in a way that motivates individual learners
  • Ability to identify and help learners to overcome potential barriers to progress and achievement
What Would Make You Stand Out:
  • Experience of delivering financial services apprenticeship programmes
  • Financial services industry experience within Operations, Investment Management, Investment Banking or Commercial Banking
  • Experience of Financial Services Professional Qualifications
  • Teaching or Assessor qualified
