A global financial services firm located in Scotland is seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to oversee the financial reporting teams. Responsibilities include managing workflows, ensuring high client service quality, supervising team performance, and implementing departmental initiatives. Candidates should have a professional accountancy qualification, relevant financial reporting experience (4-6 years), and strong organizational skills. An experienced manager responsible for the daily management of the Regulated Funds Financial Reporting Team. This typically involves the planning and allocation of workloads, supervision of progress and review of Financial Statement drafts and supporting documentation produced by both onshore and offshore Financial Reporting teams. Working with clients, audit and internal teams such as Fund Accounting, Proof & Audit, various COE’s and other stakeholders to ensure financial reports are completed accurately and to timetable. Management of Client commitments (BAU, transformation, other) ensuring high standards maintained and customer focus to deliver client service excellence.
